DRILL SESSIONS

·        Already some students have told me they wanted to be on the list to take part in special ‘Drill  Sessions’ and after that to try out for the competition team.

·        The Drill Sessions will take place during the first 15-20 minutes of the Monday and Thursday adult class.

·        Everyone considered More Advanced may participate.

COMPETITION TEAM

·        From the Drill Sessions group, people with sufficient fall break and basic skills will be selected to be part of the competition team.

·        This group will have extra mat time on Monday and Thursday for randori: 6.30-6.45 pm.

·        They will also have one extra workout a week, either on Friday evening or on Saturday morning where they will be coached in competition skills.

·        Only those with the best attendance record and attitude will be accepted.

·        There will be a $10 a month fee for these extra classes.

SELF-DEFENSE JUDO

·        One class this October will be a self-defense judo instruction taught by Greg DiFranza. Check out Greg's company, Win First International. Greg is a 20+ year veteran police officer, and now trains law enforcement all over the world in survival tactics during violent confrontations. We’ll enjoy this special class once a month. Make sure not to miss it!
